Coaster Wholesale Terms

Wholesale pricing

We offer 50% off of our retail pricing to wholesale partners. Our coasters are sold by the each. Every design comes with a dark and a light version and we recommend keeping both colors in stock. Wholesale price is 3.62, MSRP is 7.25

Payment and Ordering

We accept major credit cards and payment is due when your order is placed. You can place orders with us by emailing us at pathandoak@gmail.com. We will create an invoice with an online payment link and send it back to you.

Wholesale Minimum

Our order minimum is 40 coasters.

Turnaround time

For orders where all of the items are in stock, it will ship within 5 business days and often ship same or next day. Some wholesale orders will need to be made to order and require up to 2-3 weeks of lead time.

Shipping, Handling, and Insurance

We ship via USPS or UPS depending on which service is more economical for our customers depending on their location.

Shipping and insurance costs are added to your invoice. 

There is no handling fee.

Packaging and Display

Coasters are packaged in stacks for shipping and do not come with individual display packaging. Our coasters are intended to be displayed 'loose' on a display table or shelf, allowing customers to handle and inspect them and build their own set.
